Enquiries: the name, phone number, email address, budget and car details you send through our request form, WhatsApp, Telegram, email or by phone.
Customers: if you buy a car through us, the identification, address and payment details needed for the sale, customs clearance and vehicle registration.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Fonts and files are served from our own website.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To source, buy, ship, clear and register your car and deliver it — performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)).
To keep invoices and transaction records — our legal obligations under Cyprus tax and customs law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
To send you new arrivals or auction offers — only if you ask us to (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)); you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Only those who need it to deliver your car: shipping and logistics partners, customs brokers, the Cyprus Department of Customs and Excise and the Road Transport Department, our bank, our accountants, and our website, email and form service providers acting on our instructions. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, in which case appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are deleted within 24 months. Customer and transaction records are kept for as long as Cyprus tax and accounting law requires (generally 7 years).
