Sourcing
Can you find a specific car?
Yes — bespoke sourcing is most of our work. Send us the make, model, year range, spec and budget, and we search Japan's major auction houses and trusted dealers for it.
Do I see the car before you buy it?
Yes. Before we bid you receive the photos, the auction sheet with its official condition grade, and our representative's notes. Nothing is bought without your go-ahead.
What if the car I want isn't available?
We keep watching upcoming auctions and bring you alternatives within the same budget until the right car comes up.
What should I include in my request?
Make, model, year range, budget and any must-have spec (colour, trim, mileage limit). The more detail, the faster we can come back with real options.
Price & payment
Is the quoted price the final price?
Yes. Our quote is the landed, road-ready price in Cyprus: auction cost, freight, import duty, VAT, registration, plates and detailing are all included.
Do I pay everything upfront?
No. A deposit confirms the sourcing. The balance is due once the car is won and the final landed price is confirmed.
Can I finance the purchase?
We can introduce you to local finance partners once the final invoice is issued.
Shipping & timing
How long does the whole process take?
Typically 12–16 weeks from confirmed order to handover. Most of that is getting the car to port in Japan and the sea crossing to Limassol, which usually takes 8–10 weeks depending on sailing schedules.
Is the car insured in transit?
Yes — every vehicle is insured from the auction yard to the port of Limassol.
Handover
Who handles customs and VAT?
We do. Customs clearance, import duty and VAT are handled by our team and included in your quote.
Will the car have Cyprus plates?
Yes. Every car is customs-cleared, roadworthiness-tested, registered and plated before handover, so it is legal to drive immediately.
Is the car serviced before handover?
Every car gets a first service and a full professional detail before you take the keys.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Cyprus at no extra cost — to your home, your work, or you can collect from us in Limassol.
